One has to wonder what would have happened had Newey actually come across to Jaguar as originally planned prior to the leadership spill - could we have seen Alonso dominating in a Newey designed car which the Wunderkid struggled to show his wares in a merc or one of the second rate teams........a good designer takes a lot of pressure off the drivers
