I suspect when he took the job he didn't realise what a bunch of kids he'd be having to sort out.

The players had a big job understanding his comments from the side of the pitch too.When you have an Italian with not a good grasp of English,dealing with Prima Donna,s,who are not the best educated,then you have a big problem! And when Fabio can see NO wrong in John Terry,then the F A have a problem .
