    Turkish Rally Championship is back on game with Leg 4 Bursa.

    This year Bursa is all gravel again (switch from Tarmac to Gravel every year) with fast hard and hot stages.

    Competion will be between CFTT - Orhan Avcioglu (Fiesta S2000), Neo Motorsport Yagiz Avci (Munaretto run 208 R5) and BCVision Motorsport Burak Cukurova (Friul run DS3 R5). CFTT's Murat Bostanci as told switch from Fiesta R5 to Fiesta R2T again as the season opener at Izmir.

    Also there will be a strong competion at Gr.N Class between Lancers.

    For itinerary http://www.bossek.org.tr/wp-content/...4%B1nerary.pdf
    For stage maps http://www.bossek.org.tr/wp-content/...harita_V02.png

    I will update for entry list too.

    Our Team BCvision have 3 crews as Burak Cukurova with DS3 R5, Ahmet Burkay 208 R2 and Serkan Koparipek 208 R2.

    Hope the martial law status and general disquiet in Turkey won't affect things. Have a good rally

    Rally Weiz in Austria :
    1. Neubauer (Fiesta WRC)
    2. Baumschlager (Fabia R5)+20,5
    3. Grossing (Fiesta WRC)+ 1,29,6
    .
    .
    8. Von Thurn und Taxis (Fabia R5)+ 9:56,4

    After day one Baumschlager was in the lead, but obviously Neubauer had a solid sleep and put the things today on the right position. I'm disappointed over Grossing performance, he was faster as Baumschlager just on three stages (and without any troubles, loosing constantly).
    The German ''royal'' driver set some solid times on the last few stages.....

    I was at Weiz yesterday, so some thoughts on the event:
    -The rally was good as always in every aspect (organization, weather, stages, etc.);
    -Baumschlager was very spectacular to watch, had a controlled drive but always on the edge (at least where I was), and his Fabia was visibly head and shoulders above all the other R5s I've seen this season (maybe he's using factory spec?);
    -Neubauer looked like he was pushing just enough to beat Baumschlager, but he was spectacular nonetheless;
    -Grössing's car sounded well, but he was visibly slower than the first two;
    -Mayr-Melnhof looked faster than his times;
    -good drives from the top 2WD crews, especially Böhm, but there's so much you can do with R2 against R3s;
    -the Mégane Maxi still sounds very well
    All in all a good event, absolutely worth the trip again.

    From Samsonas Racing facebook page:
    "Tragicomedy of BMW M3X and Rise of a Phoenix Maxi R5
    Here we want to share our lonely considerations and thoughts about whole rally situation in Lithuania.
    Of course biggest attention now is given to our fresh M3X car. And there are two sides or two camps of thinkers.
    Biggest side of course is a true fans and rally lovers, who admire, love and are so excited about very interesting new car under rally sky..
    Other side is unhappy side. Who are those guys? For sure not rally fans. Probably some scared drivers? Probably some part of rally ''politicians''? Actually it doesn't matter so much.
    Now speeches spread and work is done to compare speeds of M3X and Mitsubishi and even R5. And plans rise how to make M3X less fast.
    So let us ask whole rally word few, but very interesting questions. And let everyone answer for themselves. Once again, this is not propositions or facts, it is only considerations.
    - How is it possible, how is it wise, to compare 2001 Year make street designed stock model BMW with 100% special R5 rally car, specially designed for toughest race conditions?
    - How is it possible to compare 1200kg R5 against 1360kg BMW?
    - Why nobody compares stage times when last year we drove Evo8? It was exactly same situation, just this year we are prepared much better.
    - We had a historic win in Talsi. Why only all rally fans of all world congratulate us? Why not our sports politics?
    - Generally speaking, rally is unfair sport at all! We can have different conditions for different drivers. Some can have dust, some can drive without dust. This is totally unfair. Lets ban dust!
    Some can drive on rain, some can drive on dry! Rain is unfair, lets forbid rain. Some can drive when still clear view, some might need to drive in the dark, so darkness is unfair! Lets ban it!
    Some can buy more new tires, some cannot. So new tires are unfair, we must ban it!
    - Why nobody looks now at ERC Estonia results? Evo9 group N is much much faster than M3X. This is unfair, lets ban grN!
    - Why WRC and Formula1 and other racing championships have drivers classification and also MANUFACTURERS classification? Are they stupid?
    Why in these championships fight best car manufacturers like VW, Peugeot, Citroen, Renault, Skoda, Hyundai, Mercedes, Ferrari, Honda and so on?
    Once again, open Rally Championship is not just a Cup/Series championship.
    Regarding all this situation, and with a big wish to play honest (as we did all times, reading rules and making cars according to rules), for next year we negotiate with our old and good partner Roberto Mendez Competition regarding their new homologated Peugeot Maxi R5. This car has similar parameters engine like Skoda R5, has Samsonas Motorsport Sequential transmission on a basis of Subaru gearbox. Has same weight as R5 and very similar suspension.
    And one more thing. Looking for guilty ones will never make you go forward. Looking how to make yourself better will make you better.
    See you soon!"
