    The worst score from a Dutch rally will be scrapped. The calendar consisted of 5 Dutch events, 1 German en 2 Belgian. Van Deijne started in 6 events, Van den Brand in 5. Because he won all events he entered, Van den Brand's worst score was a victory, so 25 points. Van Deijne could scrap 'only' 12 points. Theoretically, if Van den Brand had started 1 more event at which he retired after 1 meter, he would have been champion.

    By the way, both Van Deijne and Van den Brand will contest the D-Mack shootout later this year. The winner will get a WRC2 start in a Fiesta R5 on 1 round next season. Timo van der Marel will be there as well.

    What a joke... Mats van den Brand is a driver with lots of potential I think. Kevin van Deijne on the other hand, he's driving in good circumstances for a few years already, didn't prove anything yet...

    That scoring system is pretty stupid and the resulting situation is just absurd.

    My video of the final round of the Dutch championship. Clean conditions, but a lot of moments including a hard crash of a BMW M3!
    Enjoy the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kDU5yQ98_Uw

    They also scored point for the scratches if I'm correct..
    Therefore van Deijne took 1 point extra in Hengelo due to the 1 scratch.

He won all 5 rounds he entered, but because of a strange rule he didn't become champion. If he had won all stages he would have been, but he missed out on 1 stage by 0,1 second. Anyway, he finished 6th overall and even set a 3th fastest time overall on the last stage.
    I didn't understand a thing....Would be champion if he had won all scratches? Did you get extra point by setting fastest times in all the scratches in every single rally or just in super special like in Wrc?

    In GTC rally Van Deijne finished second place but got 15 points? why not 18? How much scores normally top 3 places ?25/18/12?

    Here are the tables;

    http://fiestasporttrophy.nl/stand

    Normally 20/15/12
    Van Deijne didnt drive a single scratch so no scratch points in GTC I think.

    Apparently there's a seperate 'stage win result' after each rally. The one with the most stage wins gets 5 points, 2nd 3 points, 3rd 1 point.

    So like Martijn said, in GTC Van Deijne finished 2nd but was out of the top 3 in the scratch standings.
