Gareth MacHale won Donegal Rally while Eugene Donnelly finished second and Sean Devine third. Boland suffered engine failure in the penultimate stage and McNulty retired earlier today with a puncture.

great weekend in donegal has to be one of the best rallys about not as many wrcs as past years but the national entry was pure class some mk2 escorts that would put wrcs to shame and power to match,but in the end the mchale tradition has been carried on another generation with gareth taking the win in the 06 focus
