I like that girls are a part of rally, as drivers or co-driver.
Burcu is a good representative of female drivers, but so far is not mixing at the top of the results.
She need to get some training with a top driver, or a real rally school - and she will move closer to the top.

From what I've seen of the lady (Catalunya last year and Ypres this year) she's never gonna be a Michelle Mouton or a Pat Moss or even a Louise Aitlken-Walker. She appears to have been promo-tracked into the Turkish 207 and has damaged it quite a bit this year. Last of the survivors in a pitifully small entry is not the stuff for building a reputation. Anyone can avoid the hazards if they drive slowly enough
