    Now I found the explanation. It was on Saturday he lost his license and not Friday, and the temporary license works for 24 hours.

    No, in the FIA fine you can see that it was in Friday at 13:55

    No, that's not true. You don't need to request any license or so - just drive on without a license for 48h. You get a reciept that they've taken your license and if you get stopped again you can just show that.
