This year could have been quite different for Peugeot without the accidents, break downs and illegalities.
Van Dalen also was supporting the same oppinion like Quesnel what's not a surprise. And it's still the same thing what Van Dalen says is coming out of PSA so simple it is he's really not independent for such things. Offcourse they do almost every rally pre events tests. They're just talking bullcrap for the general IRC audience who don't know everything about rallying, rallies, teams and other stuff what involves rally. Neuville is still in the race btw to get the title and that wasn't even the objective this year.

So Van Dalen says Peugeot don't do testing. From Peugeot Scotland preview: "We had a good test in Scotland which lasted six days,” says Bertrand Vallat, the Peugeot Sport engineer responsible for the design and development of the 207 S2000.

Burçu Cetincaya will celibrate her return in IRC in Rally Scotland. For that occasion, and normally also for the closing round in Cyprus, she will use a Skoda Fabia coming from RGRS in Belgium. Nice to see that René has found a new driver for his Skoda. Hope she is not going to destroy the car tough.
