No, there is nothing like that. Only regular transport. When do You need to go from Prague?

I'm arriving in Prague at 26. and leaving at 29. in the morning. The problem is that I'm with a group (my school class) and a bus. I'm 18 so it is possible to separate from the group but the transport is very hard.

Yes, it's 300 km from Prague to Zlin and it's not easy with transport.
I'm leaving Prague 27th at around noon, so I can bring You there but I won't return until 29th night.
Also this company has direct buses from Prague to Zlin and back (in English), You can check it: http://jizdenky.studentagency.cz/BookingStupid is as stupid does. Forrest Gump
