Haven't got a clue, have you tried the Rallyesim site? They have tutorials for everything else so they would probably have something that would help you.
Edit: just had a look and this thread might be a good one to start with if you want to do it yourself

I just bought a Logitech Momo racing wheel to play RBR, but there is no force feedback. Is everybody having the same problems?

Did you install the programme you got with the CD ? I have it and I have no problems , perfect wheel

I found these linked fromthe Czech site. They re parts 2 and 3 of developer diaries released by Warthog while they were making RBR. I don't know if everyone has already seen these but they are quite an interesting read.
