What are the Regulations of Fia about safety ?
When Al-Qassimi drove his Ford Fiesta S2000 for two stages with broken front glass In the latest rally of sharqia " the third round of middle east rally championship " .
the organizations committee prevented Al-Qassimi to continue the rally for the last reason " the broken front glass of Fiesta " .
so, is this decision of organizations was right , and What are the Regulations of Fia about safety ?

That is not a question than can be easily answered because there are many regulations that are safety related.
All of these are available on the FIA website when you have a week or two to spare.

As far as I have seen before they could continue, but I have seen crews that have been asked to remove the rear screen to prevent it popping out as well.

Having base-to-car radio comms used to be common, right? The only truly novel thing would be having it be open for broadcasting purposes. So yeah, imo radio is fine, but using it to milk...
