World Superbikes & Supersport - Donington

Well, things are underway at Donington - the World Superbikes there for a few years - and already there's plenty to report from wet practice today.

I'm off there tomorrow for quali and raceday, will take some pics and write a report when I'm back.

    Should be good!

My money's on home boy JT, riding brilliantly at present.

My money is on Bayliss and Biaggi. Or at least I'm praying for them to bring it home and get Team FattyR back up to the sharp end of the fantasy league standings. :-)

I'm sure JT will be the man to beat tho.

    SS

Both Curtain and Parkes out with broken collar bones! They both went down in separate incidents at the same corner.

Charpentier also injured and under some doubt to ride this weekend.

Bayliss has set a new track record and loves the place. He will be the man to beat (I hope). A strong start for Giovanni Bussei in 11th place after he towed his bike to the track on a trailer behind his car, just like old times!

It's gonna be good and I can't wait.

    I'm back, dramatic event overall...

Will write some reports tomorrow, I'm in need of rest (although I did do the points for you all)...

Thanks for updating the tables Pat (says he who sits at the top, lol).

It sure was an interesting one! Race two was a nailbiter.
