No,he isn´t if I´m not mistaken. What I was reading from some news before this his earlier championship were from rallysprint series here in Finland 11 years ago. He also said on the article that he got so many trophies and the German´s really seem to love them. Also on the news was this:

For the championship Keskinen earned for himself a nice amount of price money. The Finn still made a noble thing and donated the price money back to the series organiser.

"We made an agreement with the series organiser that the price money will be used to deveploment of the series and for some sort of stipend system. One possibility would be example that from Germany someone could come to drive one gravel rally for Finland." Keskinen were wondering.

Still keep the news coming. Can´t wait to hear how DRM is taking shape for next year.

Hello guys! I was spectating a historic Rallye Koeln - Ahrweiler on the last weekend in Germany. The weather was ****, but the event itself was very nice. I just thought that someone of you would like to see some classic Audi Quattros, Porsches 911 or Toyota Celicas. In this case here is my photo gallery. Enjoy!

Some advances in next season DRM calendar: It will have probably five rounds plus two first days of Deutschland rally at the WRC. Now GT cars are to be allowed, problems seem to disappear...

I don't think Dobberkau's Porsche doesn't go with the rules.. Adjustments will be made then on the car

Why not?? His 911 GT3 is almost standard, not much of changes on this car....this is not a Cup car reversed into rally car....

I think that 996 was almost stock car but 997 isn't. Stolzel and Werner use also sequential gearbox, don't they?
