What's the reason the local drivers are boycotting their own rally?

Nobody boycotting the rally. The entry list with bulgarians and other crews will be published tomorrow or on next days.

Oh i see, well it's not giving the rally great publicity when everyone thinks there will only be 21 cars.

The deadline for entering the round for non priority drivers was (not in WRC, WRC Team and JWRC) 29th of June, that was yesterday. The list of priority drivers was published earlier. So, they did not want to publish it before the deadline. They only published those whose deadline was expired.

No, I don't know exactly but looks like close to the end of the stage.

The stage is long, you will enter probably from start and have to reach close to finish, in usual case you should make it if you enter 3 hours before start. But my advise is to add a little more time just to be sure.

If you have time to do it, this is always a good option, you will get impression what the stages are.

Did they make new road there? From "parking" going up on the main road it was 20m steep cleef and we went up from there using some steps. I did not see any road there. Can somebody help?
You don't see any road there because there is no road there I guess you are looking at the map in Google Maps and it is really wrong - there is no such road to go from the "parking" to the other side of the wall. So it is like last year.

No, you don't need 4x4 to move through the stages, this is for sure. However, if you plan to go inside stages with car, with 4x4 will be easier to find place for parking. I don't know how many spectators to expect, if there are many, finding place for parking can be a problem and will be easier with 4x4.
