Court Judgement against Clyde Valley Racing

Clyde Valley Racing has been issued with a County Court Judgement for failing to honour their agreement with Phiroze Bilimoria in view of the Cartridgeworld sponsorship deal in 2009.

Phiroze, who put the sponsorship deal together with Cartridgeworld and introduced them to Clyde Valley racing with a view to driving for the team in 2009, was sideleined by the team because they needed another driver who could bring additional sponsors with them.

Team principal Colin Neil, has repeatedly failed to honour his side of the agreement and as such Phiroze Racing Ltd was forced to seek judgment through the courts.

A judgment by St Albans county court was issued on 10th October to Clyde Valley Racing ordering them to honor their agreement and to pay Phiroze Racing Ltd the pre agreed fee.

Colin Neil, has contiued to ignore this judgement and as such leaves Phiroze Racing Ltd, no choice but to enforce the judgement through the courts.

    --End--

Boo hoo hoo. Why do you lot feel the need to come on here and tell everyone? Is it not getting enough news coverage or something? Very bitter sounding to me and just trying to get in the news.
Stick to the courts next time Phiroze Racing.

At the rick of sounding vexatious, why is this being aired on a public forum?

As it was CVR didn't complete the season presumably through lack of funding, which again makes me curious why Phiroze Racing Ltd is trying to drum up support.

Taken prima facie, this is very ugly and if anything is more likely to damage the name of Phiroze Racing Ltd and Phiroze Bilimoria rather than CVR. As an aside, shouldn't the title of "India 's Premier driver" by rights go to Narain Karthikeyan?
The Old Republic was a stupidly run organisation which deserved to be taken over. All Hail Palpatine!
