Lightbulb Manufactres that could enter WRC

There are probably alot of manufactres that could build a WRC car if there was no such thing as money shortages.

It would be good to list them all.

Why would anyone want to build a WRC car now?

The 4 or 5 car brands that are realistically considering WRC for 2011 with the new format are ...

    1. VW or Skoda from the VAG group
    2. Abarth from the FIAT group
    3. MINI from BMW AG
    4. Proton from Proton Holdings (Run by MEM Rally Team)
Supporting Ogier in the WRC & Ferrari in F1 & Ducati in MotoGP.
