Apparently Meeke had a spin in SS1 and could have been 6-7s faster(this is what he told at the end of stage)

Third best time overall for Meeke on the high/mountain SS2(6s faster than Vigion and Canivenq)

Very good start for Meeke in all case
:
But I don't think Vigion and Canivenq really aimed to beat Kris anyway(they have to look at the championship and the trophée BFGoodrich they are leading...so no too much risks to take)

Interesting !!! After SS5 Vigion is only 10s late on Meeke(he climbed back on SS4 and 5, and Canivenq is also reducing his gap)
Two stages left before end of leg one...
