Well for next year some change. Jean-Luc Roché, father of Pierre, will drive the Mini WRC in France D2 championship. Pierre is link to buy a Fiesta WRC for the French Tarmac.
No more coefficient in French Tarmac, that's a good news
And France D2 will have 15 rounds, I don't know how it will work. Can't see any reason to have so many events ... and they are in all part of the country, so a lot of travel for amator drivers. But let's see how it will be ... for the moment we don't know a lot of thing on it. Maybe drive will have to take part to a definite number of events in North of the country, and same in South. Could attract the main guys to travel.

From lefbvre's fb
My codriver and friend Thomas Dubois decides to stop his rally career. I respect his choice and it won't change our friendship. I wish him good luck for all his future projects...
Thanks Thom for all the good moments we had together.fb page

Some photos I found, they describe the situation very well... I'm afraid there's a chance the event won't even take place.

Wet conditions. Portuguese Autosport brought something to the table... the WRC2 crews are using a WRC spec tyre that is harder than the spec Meeke and other CPR runners are using.
