I am not commenting on Ben and his placing his meat....

AS for Chain burgers, Hardee's is the best. I wont even eat any of the others now.

That said, give me a Montreal style smoked meat sandwich or a roast beef sandwich any day. Heck, Hot Dogs are more my favourite really.

When we cook burgers around here, good quality lean ground beef, mixed with bread crumbs, an egg and some onion and done on the BBQ with the right condiments and THAT always tastes good when I have a cold beer.

My wife reckons White Spot burgers in Vancouver are the best, mind you I'd rather eat her home made beetroot burgers myself.

Failing that give me any hamburger from a take away in Australia, a real one with cheese, lettuce, beetroot, tomato, onion and tomato sauce, none of this imported mustard, ketchup and gherkin crap.

White Spot burgers? I think she is talking about a good quality restaurant burger but I don't remember them being that earth shattering.

Then again, as I said, burgers are not really my thing. I like them, but I don't die for them the way some people do.

One of the best burgers I ever had was an Ostrich Burger. From - would you believe - Bell's Brewery in Kalamazoo, MI.
