Google Ads...
There is a distinct lack of Google Ads...
Are they going to fit in somewhere in the future or has the forum got some lottery funding

The Google Adsense ads were pay-per-click. So if you read a forum topic, got to the end and actually wanted to find out more, then the ads are a good place to start. If you were to click, the forums get a certain amount of money depending on how much the advertiser has paid.

I think they may well be back. They just wern't top priority in getting the forum up and running after the move/upgrade!
