No rain, no wind, some sun and 20-25°C during the day, less in the night section.

    Typical Hustopeče weather then

Mirek, will this be another Kopecký victory or could Asin deliver?? I presume that stages could be better for Porsche...

This rally would be even more tough for Asin and his Porsche. Until now it was narrow and bumpy tarmac, but tarmac. Now there is much more loose surface. They say 7,3% of gravel, but in fact everywhere will be that twisty dust and sand. Moreover there is a lot of panel surface and pavement. Only one place when he can be competitive are those wide roads between Divaky , Nikolcice and Hustopece cemetery.

We'll see. Hard to say. I would say it is going to be a lot better than wet Kohout but I'm not sure at all after his performance in Krumlov. I don't have a feeling that Pech suffers with the traction. I think his main limitation in this moment are jumps and crests but there is a lot less of them in Hustopeče than in Krumlov, on the other hand some gravel doesn't help for sure. Personally I let myself being surprised.

Live results from Hustopeče tonight: http://rally-base.com/2016/agrotec-p...ustopece-2016/

Just a short explanation about what does it mean to have stage 1A and 1B. This stage (a classic one for the rally) had to be cut in two because an owner of circa 300 meters of the stage didn't agree to have the rally there.

Pech faster than previous stages but still 11,6 sec slower from Kopecky at 17 km stage. He is 29 sec slower at 32 km stages from leader Valousek, about 0,9 sec/km for the 3 stages.
