If they will using the internet more extensively, and want to upgrade the TV coverage.
They have to show also something else then only Citroën, Ford, Ford, Citroën and Ford, Ford, Ford......Citroën, Citroën, Ford.....o yes I forget a Subaru and a Skoda.
I know also that promoting wrc means more than only coverage. You Can´t Loose What Your Never Had.

I couldn't agree more Brother John
I'm tired of seeing only Fords and Citroens all the time. I fully understand there won't be footage available of any other "rare" makes but what about picturers, interviews etc....?
In Rally Ireland I only saw a stopped Proton... would have been cool to see it run in tv.
ISC promised they will bring WRC more aggressively to interent and that the internet has the future. Max the old pervert said that rally is made for internet. Now it's the time to prove it god dammit.Another Flying Finn

What are the lessons identified by getting in a promotor in WRC?
Have the current one fulfilled the contract ?
Have they generated more money to the teams?
What is their plans for the future of rally, that is not implemented yet?
Has having a promotor been a success for the sport?

They, like all other promoters have concentrated on TV; selling TV rights, mainly to pay TV. There are loads more things they could do, but it's probably too much hard work for them.
They want easy accessible, pre packaged events that don't change from country to country; basically the same as what DR brought in; i;e, not what the WRC should be about.
Is there a better sound than that of Porsche engined Flat-6 ???

They've concentrated on TV but the product/output really hasn't improved or moved on in over 10 years.
The Rally GB event doesn’t run anymore. The was always other events using the forests at different times anyway.
