Team NoBlouse Finally Announces 2009 Rider Line-up
Having exhausted all avenues of creative rulebook interpretation over the past two seasons, Team NoBlouse has opted for a rider line-up using some of our tried and tested riders. Even though some of their results in the past have tried our Chief Mechanic and sorely tested our patience.
As usual, Antipodean riders feature strongly in the line-up, and this year some of them might even like to turn in a few points each round. The team has been forced, like many, to address budgetary concerns, and accordingly we have halved the pit/garage crew and doubled the brolly babe count.
Yesterday Team Principal Humperdink Blofart spoke exclusively to MCN.com at a hastily convened press conference: "Christ almighty you guys, I have never read so much crap in all my life. Do you ever get new bike rumours correct? That 1000cc V5 VFR you idiots came up with last year had me going for a while there, but yet again it was a pile of horse____, do me a favour, just TEST BIKES and gear, ok? Sack the com-gen guy and quit publishing so many bull____ articles about upcoming models".
Marco Melandri has been retained by Team NoBlouse as a 'fixer' in order to strengthen Casey Stoner's hand in the psy-ops battle with Valentino Rossi. Melandri will work behind the scenes at each round to destabilise the Rossi fan club and steal all Rossi merchandise, which will be donated to charities in South East Asia by Ewan McGregor and Charley Boorman during their next epic ride "Love You Long Way" (currently in pre-production under the working title "GS too big! GS too big!").

Wet conditions. Portuguese Autosport brought something to the table... the WRC2 crews are using a WRC spec tyre that is harder than the spec Meeke and other CPR runners are using.
