Well they should make a proper project.
There were lots of Lada kit cars in the last 10 years,they should make a good one and go international.
Especially because,as far as I know,there sales are pretty good on their eastern market.

Shkolny drove this car in a rally event in Greece in 1998, but unfortunately he retired. He was first in the overall standings till then.

Yes, of course. It was the Olympio Rally (2-3/5/98), but i have no photos.

i suppose it was a test (one month before the Acropolis Rally), although Nikos Tsadaris (Lada Hellas factory driver) drove the Lada Samara Gr A at the Acropolis, finally.
The Lada Hellas rally project was cancelled some months later.

Shkolny was not 1st overall until he retired.There were some wrcars on the rally (Vovos, Kirkos, Papadimitriou, Zivas) and he was slower than them. But he was first at F2 category.
