So Leg one San Marino is over: Campedelli leading in front of Marchioro and Ceccoli...

    Big unluck for Crugnola(accident)and Scandola(puncture)

As I predicted three days ago, this event around San Marino is an ideal opportunity for other top Italian drivers to reduce the gap behind Andreucci; now they have this chance; naimely Paolo Andreucci already retaired (broken driveshaft on the rear axle).

And we have a surprising winner. Ceccoli wins Rally San Marino. I don't know much about him, but he is probably a local guy, because he drives under the San Marino flag. Congratulations!
Campedelli is second, Scandola only 8th, Andreucci out.

It's the first time when a driver from San Marino wins San Marino Rally since the victory of Massimo Ercolani 22 years ago!
Congratulations to Daniele Ceccoli once again!

I know that it's boring but honestly can You say that Ogier would beat Kopecký yesterday? And if not him who else?

Andreucci still leads the championship with a big margin:

One lost battle for Andreucci doesn't mean a lost war. But, nothing is decided yet, because last two events (Adriatico & Due Valli) have a coefficient 1,5 ! On Adriatico (gravel) Andreucci has no chance to win, but on the tarmac he is still capable to win.

Well Mirek, it is nice that you protect your driver, but to think that Ogier would not beat Kopecky (in an equal vehicle, of course), is a bit to overwhelming.
Like a song from Kim Wilde & Nena: Anyplace, Anywhere, Anytime.....Ogier beats any local Nb.1 driver on his local soil. He is 5x WC. Period.

You didn't get the point. I meant that without bringing one of the few very best drivers in the whole world You can't expect anyone to defeat Kopecký here. Therefore it's boring if You watch it only through results and not live on stages but there is absolutely no chance for anyone to do anything about it. On the other hand believe me that as a spectator I really want him driving here because he's pure pleasure to watch.
