wtcc yokohama tyres
Hi mates!
i d like to ask in this topic if somebody knows about yokohama A-005 tyres used in wtcc.
i have not followed the series so i don t have enough knowledge about.
So the dimension is 240-610-17 for everyone?
can they change tyres at the race?
how many laps are usually the races?
what compounds they used?
they have different compounds for qualifing and different for the races?
the compound for race is only one or they can choose?
how can i recognise the compound from a ex-wtcc A-005 tyre?
i have 8 items of them and i d like to use them at track-days,but cause i am going to use them at a heavy car(1470kg-evo viii) i d like to know what compound they use at wtcc.
i tried to google about it but nothing find.
so is anyone can help?
thanks in advance.

They are a hard compound made for lasting around 30-40 minutes in boiling heat and freezing snow.
The same tyres are used in qualifying and racing. certain circuits have softer compounds like macau.
all cars use the same tyres. Please ignore ALL of the above....
