Interesting: Ford and Citroen at war... http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/89723
"The story came about after Petter Solberg's co-driver Chris Patterson pushed Sebastien Loeb's Citroen DS3 WRC following the final stage of Rally Sweden last month. The seven-time champion's car refused to start and was alleged to be blocking the road."

Maybe or you wouldn't understand even if I tried to explain this cause.

I can't see any explanation, just copied text from the article which says nothing new in comparison with many pages about this story in Swedish rally thread.

You really must read the all article if you're able to read it:"...Ford was reported to suspect that the outside assistance regulations had been infringed by the two Citroen crews..."
Malcolm Wilson added: "...We will monitor [the regulation] as I think the FIA will be the for the rest of the year..."

As I said, it was already largely discussed in Swedish thread, take a look into the thread.

A bit silly, really, considering PSWRT and Citroen are two completely different teams!

Ford was sure pissed off at that moment, but can do nothing, as it is a case of reading the rule at the letter instead of to the spirit. Ford would do the same if the situation happens. So Malcolm Wilson understands the situations and has no further problems with it. So there is no state of war between Ford and Citroen.
That's what the article is about.R.I.P. all WRC heroes

FORD VERSUS CITROEN: IT'S WAR! http://yfrog.com/h7fb5muj
After Mexico I'm sure it will eventually end up in a big war.
Nonsense indeed when you even yourself admit they cite other publications… I wish them well but at the moment I don’t see them adding any value writing the same articles but this is my problem ...
