rally
• verb (rallies, rallied) 1 (with reference to troops) bring or come together again so as to continue fighting. 2 bring or come together as support or for united action: his family rallied round. 3 recover or cause to recover in health, spirits, or poise. 4 (of share, currency, or commodity prices) increase after a fall. 5 drive in a motor rally.
• noun (pl. rallies) 1 a mass meeting held as a protest or in support of a cause. 2 a long-distance competition for motor vehicles over public roads or rough terrain. 3 an open-air event for people who own a particular kind of vehicle. 4 a quick or marked recovery. 5 (in tennis and other racket sports) an extended exchange of strokes between players.
So according to those who know best, you can 'rally in a rally'.

• noun 1 before another noun having the effect of calling people to action: a rallying cry. 2 the action or sport of participating in a motor rally.
