I thought we should start another thread for DTM model collectors.

I just picked up the '06 DTM Spengler Mercedes. I missed the deals where someone was selling the '05version for as low as $17US...on ebay of course!

In my collection I've only got one DTM car at the moment. It's the 2000 Team Rosberg No42 Mercedes CLK in 1:18 scale. Am searching for the 2001 version but no luck so far in this scale.

i have the 1:18 alesi merc from 2003.

also the signed 1:43 gary paffett 2005 car. and a 1:43 jamie green 2006.

i dont think they make them in the 1:18 scale anymore. and the 1:43's are all limited in numbers. usually in the region of 1-2000 for each driver.

I only have a couple of DTM models.

Both from years back, a couple of Opel Calibra's, one Wurz from 96 and one driven by Ludwig in 93.

I do quite fancy the idea of buying an Audi A4, Ekstrom, but only for the nice paintjob. My model buying prioritys lie elsewhere.

I've got Dario Franchitti's 1995 DTM and 1996 ITC Mercedes C-Klasse cars, Laurent Aiello's 2001 Audi TTR signed by 4 of the 5 Abt drivers and Susie Stoddart's 2006 Mercedes C-Klasse.

I have 6 DTM trucks/transporters in 1/43 to match the 1/43 racecars for them from the '90s DTM. A truly awesome sight! It's a real shame no one produces the race transporters anymore in 1/43.

Though it seems Herpa, Rietze, Schuco and LKW do produce 1/87 ones? Are they the same company?

A Vauxhall Calibra from 1995 driven by J.J Lehto at Donington. Hence it being a Vauxhall!

Goes with my M.Reuter Vauxhall from the same race.
