This game just keeps on going.... about 8 years after launch, it's still got this massive support

That's because it's so much fun to play And because it runs also on older computers. Because I've got a seven-year-old PC, CMR2 is about the most state-of-the-art rally game that I can manage with a playable frame rate...

How do you get the other rally stages (e.g. Jordan)?

No downloadable tracks yet. There's a mod you can get which changes France into Monte Carlo but that's it. The way we run events like Jordan which aren't in the game, we get a gravel rally and run it in reversed mode or something

I've got cars, just wish they would go stand alone and not over the top of old ones (so I could run more )

He Bluenoseandproud, there is a way to drive all your cars without installing them every time over your previous ones.

    You can do the following:

    - copy/paste your original 'Cars' map and rename it to 'Cars 1'
    - now install your new cars in the 'Cars 1' map
    - now you have 2 maps which contains cars for cmr2 ('Cars' and 'Cars 1')
    - before you start your game you can choose between 2 car collections, 'Cars' and 'Cars 1'
    - if you want to drive the cars from 'Cars 1' rename the 'Cars' map to 'Cars 0' and rename the 'Cars 1' map to 'Cars', now your game uses the new cars you installed in that map
    - you can create as many 'Cars' map as you like, i have about 12 Cars maps like this (12x22 cars = 264 cars available), and before i start my game i just choose which Cars map i want to use.

I never knew there was 264 cars available for CMR2 Where did you find them all? That must be a big collection over a long time?!

He 306 Cosworth, i actually have over 400 cars and it took me about a year to find them all and so know and then i still find new cars from the early years.

So if you are looking for a special car just let me know
