Waldegard - OTL (after accident), after stage 32

I will check other sources when time permits. I don't have official results for 83 as I wasn't competing, only 82 and 84.

Does anybody know reasons for retirements for Toyotas of Waldegard & Eklund at 1983 RAC?
Some sources claim that Waldegard had a mechanical and Eklund an accident, but others claim the other way around.
So I'd like to know what is right.

Waldegaard's rally ended when he stuffed the car into the trees in Grizedale Forest (Waldegaard's Toyota losing a front wheel). Per Eklund expired after SS23 Falstone.
