Anyway on ice with short studs or without studs at all I think that every 4x4 car sufferes from some understeering at the apex and oversteering at the exit simply because of very low level of grip (I admit that my only experience with studs on ice is from go-karts but with them the behavior was exactly like that - understeering at the apex becoming oversteering at the exit).
IMHO the oversteering on the exit on these conditions happens just because the rear wheels are on the worse side of the road, that's why I think car tend to understeer can be better in such, giving the car maximum drip at the exit. Otherwise of course none of underseer & oversteer is a good thing, but I agree understeering is "safer".

This car looks almost perfect. I see it has PSA rear-bumper syndrome though.

I would like to see the Fiesta on dry asphalt, always hard to tell with all the cars on different roads but there's something I don't find too convincing about it at the moment, maybe chassis too stiff?

Thanks, looks good on the fast, smooth sections at least.

Maybe they took it off to test the effects of driving without the diffuser?

Good idea if it is attached as well as the bumpers on the PSA R5s
