    To me the engine sounds as powerfull as the Polo engine, and it didn't a few weeks back. It seems the car was running on very soft tyres and perhaps it was losing much traction with wheelspin, I guess we will see soon how the car performs against the clock.

    I don't speak about the sound or the tyres but about the acceleration from hairpins and the behavior in slow powerslide.

    And can't the car lose a bit of acceleration from the slow corners if the tyre instead of griping to the tarmac is spinning more than it is supposed to? Just asking I'm not an technical expertize.
