How will it work when Hyundai are trying to develop their new car for 2015? Still limited to 42 days as they are a manufacturer team, or does this not apply because it will be a new homologation?

I think it is +10 days for seond team, when it runs full season.
42 days for registered manufacturer team and 10 days for registered WRC team. I suppose that VW II is just a registered team so it must be 10 days.
But still, the days are not interchangeable, so Ogier or JML can't use Mikkelsen's days.

Small safety-related observation from Hyundai photos: they are using the "old" (but maybe better?) design of roof rollcage bars.

Nor me, but it is a former military ground right? And quite a good track. More similar to a proper rally stage than a circuit or airfield.

But I presume you are saying they bought some former military ground in Germany?

    Yes, I meant in Germany.

You are right that B?lá used to be military area (of Red army) but it also used to be better rally track before they put new asphalt few years back.
