Rain scheduled for tomorrow and they are testing again. So they might just get the best of both worlds in the odd case Wales is dry

It wont be that dry, like in the Meeke video. Even if its not actually raining the Welsh roads will be pretty damp and muddy after the first cars.

"The verdict? Simple. M-Sport’s Ford Fiesta WRC looked like an all-conquering force; Hyundai’s i20 Coupe WRC exited most corners looking like a beached fish trying to fight its way back into the water."

“His car broke down. I can’t see that Nerve-vile bloke getting very far.” <- this is pure gold

You know Meeke was testing in France right?

Clearly M-Sport should be good on their home rally with unlimited testing on similar surface, but David Evans writing article that predicts Rally GB performance based on what a tractor driver said and watching 2 passes in testing..... ok.

I think David Evans is taking the piss, that is the impression I get from reading the article...

I did and that's why I said it wont be dry like that (France) in Wales.

I cant understand when the C3 has problems on gravel why they aren't testing in the country where the next rally is. They could make some progress on that dusty French gravel but then be all at sea again on the slimy Welsh stuff...

Matton did say its very expensive to test in Wales though !

I know this isn't really going to tell them what their car will be like in the mud on WRGB, but I happen to think the overall handling balance of the car looks way better than in previous tests. The rear end looks way more secure. Of course the specific circumstances of the test conditions are unknown to me, but from the short clips it looks better.
