Yep, they’ve managed to test for Mexico, Argentina, Portugal, Italy and even for a winterish Wales, as the last 2 stages were run under heavy rain and fog!
He retired after Fafe/Lameirinha second jump (the most famous one) with some kind of tech issue (we were on the first jump and the car seemed ok). Anyway, Tanak was impressive all event long, managing to get some extra kms with the car in quite challenging conditions. Sordo was also lacking kms (absent since Catalunya) and the way he was driving clearly showed he was having a great time (so do we, by watching him!).
Tanak’s words to Autopsort.pt during today mid-service: https://youtu.be/3PXolfhPtuM
Btw, after another fabulous show from WRC drivers on a national event it’s hard not to think that if 2022 regs end being based on R5’s we’ll miss the current WRC cars for many years. They’re probably the most amazing machines ever created for this sport.Rally addict since 1982

From Hyundai fb page, 2 more pics of Tanak car at Fafe
And a small video, including some words from the drivers : https://pt-pt.facebook.com/HMSGOffic...0068180331633/Rally addict since 1982
It was on qualifying stage, he rolled the car and it was said that he won't be able to start the rally. But team managed to repair the car and he did start and dominated drivers like Rossel, Gryazin...
