Roman Odlozilik will not start because his new Pug was delivered too late and is not ready.

Jan Stepanek and Petr Hozak will be missing too.

Thank you for the updates, Mirek. Hopefully there will not more forfaits.

Do you think Kresta and Pech are in their own league or will an other driver also drive for the victory?

We'll see how is Pavel Valousek's form. Josef Petak or Jaromir Tarabus can be up too but we haven't seen much from them in 4WD so far. I wonder how they will drive the S2000 cars. But it is sure that Kresta and Pech are the one to fight for victory.

It will be probably wet, muddy and very cold and that also may be important. There are also 3 stages in the night and not all drivers like it. Especialy stage Lhota is very hard even in daylight and there may be some snow on it because it is in higher altitude.

    hi mirek!

it seems you know the rally very well, so would you give me some tips for the 2 friday stages?
i will be there, but unfortunatly only on friday, so i try to make the most out of it ;o))

i was at valasska rally last time in 2003 and i dont remember the stages very well...do you think it is possible to go from ss1 to ss2 (if i leave stage 1 after 15 cars) i ask because i would like to see two stages with "normal" light!

    thx in advance

I'm not from there and I have not decided yet where to go on friday. But I don't recommend the move from stage 1 to 2. In the first section I'll be at the end of stage 2 in Mala Bystrice and for the second section I want to choose some place on stage Kelc since it is twice in one section.

I am not Mirek, but I will answer you too. You can visit in first round stage 2 and in second 3 and 5. But I think best opinion should be to stary on stage 2 and 4.

    SS 2/4

Good place for watching is on second spectator point, but you must park your car far from road. Very nice parts are from finish, you can park in Mala Bystrice.

    SS 1/3/5

Very fast stage. Nice place is in Nemetice and mainly in Zamrsky, but there are problems with parking cars...
