Ready on stage 4/7

We took a small small sideroad, and got where we wanted :-)
We planned to use the car to get in and unload firewood etc. Anyway, we are set and ready to sleep in the car ^^,

Finally at Svullrya, but as the stage is closed and actually properly guarded we might have to find another spot. Oups. :-) at least it's ok amount of snow.

On some stages, yes !

Close to the finish of the Svullrya stage today. Not too much snow, but nice ice on the road.

As ruesluporp said, there are no cash tolls in Norway, it's all automagic :) Though a remote transponder makes it cheaper, so I would expect Hertz to have that as well :)

It's also fairly good both ways from that tiny bridge, the road they are heading down, into the bridge is narrow, but it's not really many good spots on that bit, after the bridge it's faster roads....

Yup. You'll pass three in Norway if you are going straight from OSL to Sweden, going on E16, none in Sweden as far as I know.

Around 4.2 km from the finish, there is a slight downhill going in to a 90 left over tight bridge, then 90 right. That's a nice spot :)

I'll be filming together with a guy from GalskapMotorsport, and we'll be on Svullrya and Knon, and we know where we'll be on...

That's not very logic really.

Norwegian sites are saying 8-13cm snow this weekend (also around Finnskogen) so, hopefully that means that there will be some snow at some point!

Luckily Karlstad is way further south that any other stage (And I still don't get why they've kept it, they could've saved lots of transport and time by skipping the stage)

So, some days ago ? I see the snow-limit are creeping more and more north these days. Also, is the first pic Svullrya? I feels it's more like Hof-Finnskog.

Yup, seen pictures from my old town Gjøvik, and the areas around. While it's little in Gjøvik itself, there is quite a bit more snow in the areas around than at Finnskogen atm.

Not much, I guess it was 3-4cm in total. What surprised me was that there seemed to be an ice base on the Svullrya-stage. Even though when we drove it looked like we went straight down to the gravel....

Went through the new Hof-Finnskog stage on Saturday. Looks like a fun stage for drivers and competitors. There is a couple of spots where it will go very fast, downhill over some crests.
