I think sometimes drivers use manufacturer points as an excuse. I really doubt that's the reason Thierry isn't on the pace. And besides, the more points he has the more benefit for both...

Tough choice. But a bad move to rein in Lappi in his home rally I think. I know they are all out watching the rally but I'd be interested to know what the Finns think?

It's easy to dismiss the Harju stage but Lappi will have to fight all day to overturn the time loss from last night.

Definitely feeling a bit sore not to be attending this year. I've done three out of the last four Rally Finlands. Very jealous of everyone who is going. It's going to be amazing. I'll be back in 2018!
