The current scene is a hard sell for UK car websites/ magazines, which might surprise people on here. Put an article about Gp B or 70's era rallying, and you'll get quite a lot of comments/ interest....

Can't comment, as I haven't watched the highlights yet. However, having them at 06:40 isn't likely to get great figures, most interested people will watch on 'catch up'.

Huge mistake to get rid.....and if they think they can get people to sign up to WRC All Live, then they're deluded. WRC is a pretty small 'global sport'. I think this decision may come back to bite...

It's not just the WRC; both British GT and BTCC have rounds this weekend.....and with the best will in the world, even they're much bigger than the BRC, and are more media savvy than the BRC.

It's basically the MSA/ IMS 'putting all their eggs in the Welsh Assembly basket' - everybody says it great, but is it? That nobody else seems interested is a pretty damning indictment on the sport....

A big market, yet I can't recall the last time I saw any of them use their WRC efforts in any advertisement.
