As a part of our great 3wks holiday we were spectating Garden Route Rally 2nd day, stages 6 and 11. What a nice experience! Pity that Guy Botterill had to give up already on Friday, but I was great...

R.I.P Pentti

One of my oldest rally memories is Pentti driving Isuzu Bellet, just like one my cousin did those days.

To organisers already before Forums, NSW will be done.

Just returned to home as after the rally we continued three weeks more Tour of Australia.

I have seen since mid 60s many, many rallies in 14 nations and as a spectator I must say Repco Rally...

Nikara had all possible problems with gearbox, clutch etc and got several Time Control-minutes and then finally had tio give up.

Tapper lost 4-5mins on a ditch, Leustu 2 hairpin right corner....

We will be in Australia during the WRC rally. Now when reading their internet Spectator Information they list only few stages, e.g. Friday only stages 4 and 9&10!

:eek: Is there no entry to e.g....

...and still you need less money than touring Scotland...

Hmm, our guides (=guards) were so strict that stealing a license plate is simply impossible!
