There is a huge amount of cleaning and wet is only top. So, those behind have much better starting position, just a bit difficult at the start. Next stage si still dry, but some time to go, hopefully...

Only first 10-11 km are wet, the 2-3 km damp, rest is dry

SS3 had some overnight drizzle and morning drizzle and wind picks up, so I do not think there is much more trouble with dust

Big watersplash near the start. Many will have problems there. Just where the road turns north

I would say that dust might be an issue right now, for the first stage, there is no wind and it is dry with 2-3 raindrops from time to time. Sweeping is also big factor, especially for SS1

Most of the small reflections are actually false reflection caused by inversion effect;) But I agree, it is tireing to do weather for Australia while living in Estonian timezone :P
