I think it really is more due to them not inviting/ recruiting people with know-how, like has been mentioned. They stubbornly refuse and insist on figuring it all out themselves. That is costing them...

I think its great news. Can't wait to see him race. As long as he doesn't have that cocky attitude that did in Speed, i'll be ok. Haven't seen him race much, but he seems to be doing alright in GP2....

Watching the pole lap from HAM really shows how good of a car the Mercedes is. It must be like heaven to drive a car like that and absolutely dominate racing. Of course one guy gets it down perfectly...
