Kylotonn games are taking over the WRC franchise. From what I understand, they seem to have some kind of co-operation with Milestone, but I'm not sure how.
They are at least searching for new people...

    Re: WRC4

Check out the DIRT Twitter and Facebook account, and you'll find loads of hints that they are working on something. The have revealed that they are working on a rally game with a focus on...

    Re: WRC4

Looking back, Milestole usually starts leaking information on their WRC-games around May. But, then again, they could have lost the license this year, nobody knows. They aren't exactly going to win a...

    Re: WRC4

I am suspecting that they are actually making two games. One rally game and one rallycross game that most likely has the World Rallycross license. Likely?

    Re: WRC4

Sadly I think the distributors of the WRC-license don't care too much about who has it, and the quality of the games. Therefore I suspect it will be Milestone who has it this year too. Codies are...

The same thing happened as with the previous games for me, I was fed up with it after four days... Need something new.

I'm sorry LCD, but do you think that WRC4 has better graphics and stage design than DIRT 3?

    Re: WRC4

There are no stages in WRC4 that are identical copies to the real ones. Perhaps a couple of places have resemblance, or some "landmarks" included, but the stages aren't the same.

    Re: WRC4

Being a true WRC fan who has followed the sport for 13 years, I'd say there is very little realism to the stages in the game compared to the stages in real life.

    Re: WRC4

Not sure, didn't drive the demo too much. I turned of the deadzone on both the steering, accelerator and brakes. Put the linearity up a notch both of the steering and brakes.

Right, I purchased my copy of WRC4 for the PS3 this afternoon, and have had sometime with it. This short review is based on the first two wildcard events of the Career Mode + half the first round of...

Great, thanks. Had another go now. Still find the grip levels way to high, this is very clear when watching the replays. The car doesn't seem to slide through the corners properly, and is away from...

I am surprised how Milestone actually can get away with making their games this way. Obviously nobody who distributes the rights give a damn about the quality of the franchise. Every year there is a...

    Re: WRC4

They really haven't changed the car modelling at all since WRC 2. It looks stupid the way things are now. Can't they see that the cars look different from the real thing?

Better I guess, but the crackle from the exhaust pot sounds very tame and "thin". That must be the easiest sound to record and get perfect?
