Exactly as Mirek said. Prokop said, that his Fiesta was as least 95% equal as Works Fiesta....He never complained about let say the lack of power.....

Not sure what has drawn you to this conclusion. Ogier has only ever been on the podium once for WRC at MC. Last year, when he came 2nd - which is best of the losers.
