For manufacturers 15-30mils might be cheap but it's still a lot of money...

This, No clue what they're trying to accomplish in WRX, it just seems a massive waste of money.
For me (even if i'm a motorsport fan) it seems that in the finals there is always the same 6 drivers....

VW's are ahead by a mile, Audi and Peugeot might be closer to each others and they would have to invest so freaking much money to even get to VW level. but privateers, guys running last years cars...

Where do you get this all from? VW still uses shit ton of money on WRX to my knowledge.
And imho big teams and money is ruining the whole sport of rallycross. I personally couldn't give a rats ass...
