When kit contains what it contains currently - I think yes.

currently no gravel dampers available for Twingo R1. Kit contains only front tarmac dampers, the rear ones remain stock. also the lack of LSD as Mirek said.

This car was already presented in Poland during Rajd Krakowski, at the beginning of July, with the same driver. I think they have some technical problems during that rally.

yep. also you have to build your rally car from that kit - it also costs.
clio r3 costs around 50k euro for tarmac kit.
I don't know any comparision between those two cars. surely clio is...
