I would not be sure about that at all. It's difficult equation with many factors.

On last split Ogier is 4 seconds faster than Hirvonen.

Lappi looses in average 2,41 s/km. Last year Ogier in Fabia was 1,73 s/km down to winner. Paddon was last year on 1,7 s/km before he retired. At that time both Ogier and Lappi were on 1,5 s/km....
