Goals for 2018 have been two fold. I never set new years resolutions a such but since I stopped playing football(soccer) last year when I got injured despite working outside in a fairly physical job...

Mine is also to get fitter. I was in good shape a couple of years ago, but a few injuries in my sports career and eating too much has set me back.
