    If You want to limit power You need restrictor...

    If You want to limit power You need restrictor and max rpm. By limiting boost You limit torque, not power (the boost limit is used anyway).

    I have a hard time to believe in 480 Nm for R3T engine. That would be more than R5 cars...

    Is traction control even allowed? If so it can be an advantage for sure.

    R3 cars don't have hydraulic gear-shifting. They use pneumatic or electric system. I don't know if that is forbidden for WRC cars too. Citroën is the only one in R3 who keeps using it. Honda/JAS...

    There was a rumor that Toyota was preparing GT-86 R3C, so was a rumor about Ford Fiesta R3T. Nothing officially confirmed though.
